This is a new designed weigh filling and packing system based on our grading machine, suitable for a variety of fruits and vegetables including orange, potato, tomato, mangosteen, avocado, pepper, dates, etc.

There are sensors installed on the conveyor belt and weighing scales bellow each sizes. This weighing system is controlled by a computer. Speed is adjustable.

Semi automatic weighing system

Conveyor belts stop when products accumulated to a certain weight (such as 8kg, 15kg) for workers to change boxes/ cartons. The yellow buttons beside each scales are used for restarting a new box. The finished boxes will be pushed on a roller conveyor, pass a weighing checking system and go to the automatic strapping machine for packing.  

Fully automatic weighing system

After reaching a certain weight, cartons can come for filling and go to roller conveyors automatically.
